    SOCIOCULTURAL ACTIVITY PROJECTS
These projects centre on increasing participation by senior citizens through access to culture and education. Emphasis is placed on community involvement through active teaching methods, fomenting group development, communication and personal autonomy. Activities are organized in accordance with the wishes and needs of the users of our services.

    PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENTION SERVICES
In addition to promoting stimulating activities in the centres, the aim of these programmes is to improve the quality of life of participants. Therapeutic programmes focus on aspects related to HEALTH (physical and mental, cognitive, psychological and emotional), relations, leisure and culture, the environment, the community and organizations.

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PROGRAMMES
Occupational Therapy is geared toward the prevention, rehabilitation or maintenance of functional capacities, thus promoting personal autonomy. It provides an integral and individual approach on the physical, mental and/or social level, the ultimate purpose being to enhance independence in the performance of daily activities. Assessment of patient competence, and training in weak areas, together with adaptation to the environment and the therapeutic use of activities, leads to better functionality.
